Of the hundreds and hundreds of Call Waiting units sold since they were first
introduced 7/98, the following unsolicited, unedited e-mail postings, are representative
of some of our Call Waiting Customer responses.
The Call Waiting Switch was the first product of this type on the market and
has since attracted a few competitors. However, in our humble opinion, none
offer the features or the ability to automatically adapt to the various telephone
company switches and line anomalies as does the CWS. Yes, we are kind of proud
of it... and you will be happy with it.

The Call Waiting Switch (CWS) is an excellent product. I only wish that I had known about
it sooner! I have been wrestling with this call waiting problem for about three months and
I could have saved myself a ridiculous amount of time and trouble if I had started out with
this CWS. It took me less than five minutes to set it up and it worked absolutely flawlessly,
straight out of the box. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. It is exactly what I was
looking for.
I have a Diamond SupraSonicII dual-line modem and Diamond's proprietary Shotgun software running
under Windows 98 SE. The Shotgun software is supposed to enable a Voice Priority feature to detect
call waiting, drop the second line, and allow inbound calls to ring through to the phone. However,
this feature has proved to be totally unreliable and I have missed numerous phone calls as a result.
The CWS totally solves this problem. The second line drops instantly upon receiving a call, allowing
the phone to ring through immediately. Additionally, by combining the CWS with the Shotgun software,
my system will automatically reestablish the second data connection as soon as the voice call ends.
Also I would like to commend you on your quick shipping. I placed my order on Monday morning and
had it Wednesday by Noon via UPS Ground! My order must have gone out the door and onto a truck very
fast (like almost as soon as I called!) for that to happen. So thank you for the fast turnaround,
and thank you again for a great product. I would gladly recommend your company and the CWS to anybody
looking for such a solution.
Yours truly,
Barry Johnson

Dear Sir;
I have a cabinet full of computer related products that either don't
work at all or don't work as advertised and it really gets on my nerves.
So when I installed the CWS and it went to work correctly and as advertised
I felt it only fair to let you know how satisfied I am.
Melvyn Westcott
P.S. I recently changed my modem from an internal model to an external one
and (what a "surprise" !!!) the CWS never skipped a beat. It went right on
alerting me to incomings.

Thanks so much for CWS unit. I’ve had such poor luck with a competitors call
switch, that it’s a real relief to find a device that functions correctly.
The CWS works perfectly every time. It’s operating on at Pacific Bell business
line in Los Angeles. The manual and automatic modes both work as promised. You
guys produce a very good unit. I wish I hadn’t wasted so much time troubleshooting
my other unit and just purchased your CWS to begin with.
Sincerely,
Keil Hillman

Just wanted to let you know why I recently returned your Call Waiting Alert
product. I think the Call Waiting Alert is a fantastic device and was sad
to part ways with it, but when I heard about the Call Waiting Switch, I had
to try it. The Call Waiting Switch actually rings all my telephones
whenever anyone calls while my computer is connected to the Internet using
the only telephone line in my residence. Now that I have your Call Waiting
Switch, my Web Server runs on my computer all day long, yet people can still leave
messages on my answering machine! Needless to say, the Call Waiting Switch is now
an essential part of my home network. Love the call waiting alert, but love the
call waiting switch even more! Keep up the great work!

Taken from a news group post:
Good support for a change. You hear so many negatives about support that when
something good happens, I think it deserves a mention. I recently got a call waiting
switches from CPS that I found through this news group. It would not reconnect with
the ISP’s modem after only a very short voice conversation (10 seconds), as they
advertised. It turned out to be the S-10 register setting in my modem. It was set
too short and giving up too quickly.
I was looking for a run-around when I called for support, but a real person
answered on the second ring and the support guy quickly diagnosed and resolved
the problem. He even stepped me through changing it. In that short conversation
I learned more about how modems and the phone company worked than I thought possible.
Hats off to their support and the product. I highly recommend it. It has
changed my family’s surfing habits already. However, I am now using it at
the office ($50.00/mo. for a line), but I have ordered another one for the home crowd.

Recently I purchased a Call Waiting Switch for my home telephone number and
computer. I am very satisfied with the operation of the product and I only
wish I had known about it sooner. Using it saves me the cost of having a
second phone line, as I can now hear the call waiting alert when I am connected
to the internet.
Thanks for solving my problem,

I recently purchased your CWS-2. So far it has worked perfectly. I haven’t missed
a call. No longer do I hear the complaint that my phone is always busy (when call
waiting was disabled), or that the phone rings and rings, and no one answers (when
call waiting was enabled). No one has told me that my phone line was tied up.
I have recommended the CWS-2 to many people, and I know that some have purchased it.
Congratulations on a great product.
Cordially,
Leonard Nadel

Please allow me to express my total satisfaction with the CWA device that I
recently purchased from your company. I was absolutely delighted with the
quality, ease of installation and the flawless performance of the CWA unit.
It's not too often that a product does exactly as is stated in the
promotional material. Yours is a definite exception! I couldn't be more
satisfied with my decision to make the purchase. I ordered the product on a
Thursday and received it on the following Tuesday (Monday was a holiday!).
I have already recommended this product to several friends. The price of the
CWA was approximately half of what it would have been just to install a new
phone line! On top of that, I won't have to dread the fact that I'm going to
receive a second telephone bill for a separate modem connection.
Wishing you well in all your company does for the consumer,

What a refreshing method of marketing/compensation and discounting! I still use my CPS mini box and
wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who has one phone line and concerns about missing phone calls
while enjoying the fruits of the internet.
In thinking this over, I must address your comment regarding consumers who have migrated towards
broadband/cable services. How many of those who have moved to broadband have more than one PC/Laptop
in the home? If a student is living at home or prefers to use his or her computer while someone else
in the family is using the broadband/cable hook-up, the CPS Call Waiting Switch is the perfect
solution to this dilemma.

Hi, Just thought I would drop you guys a line and let you know that you have a satisfied customer.
I've been using the Auto Alert for a month and a half now and am very satisfied with it. It works
each and every time, just like it is supposed to. (unlike one of your competitors call waiting
device that I have tried).
Great product!
Thanks again
Bill King,
Please feel free to use my comments, Richard. I would gladly recommend your
product to anyone. The dip switches do come in handy for fine tuning. Well
worth the price. Thanks again, Bill King
