   PRIORITY REPAIR POLICY

   30 DAY BUY and TRY / DEMO and RETURN POLICY


WARRANTY
Computer Peripheral Solutions, LLC (CPS) warrants the products in this catalog, that are manufactured by CPS, having the CPS name or Company Logo permanently affixed, to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the end user, when used under normal operating conditions. Misuse, acts of God, or unauthorized modifications will deem this warranty to be null and void.

In the event that this product is determined to be defective and returned to CPS's place of business within the warranty period, CPS shall, at its discretion, repair or replace the product with a unit of functional equivalence.

The customer shall be responsible for the inbound freight charges and CPS shall be responsible for the normal return freight charges. Any additional expedite repair or freight charges shall be the responsibility of the customer, if requested by the customer.

This warranty constitutes CPS's entire liability. In no event shall CPS be liable for any incidental or consequential damages incurred from the use, misuse or malfunction of this product.

The manufacturers warranty for the resale products shall be passed through to the end user. CPS shall not assume any liability for the resale 30 DAY BUY and TRY POLICY (first time use).

PRIORITY REPAIR POLICY
Any equipment received via an overnight air service shall be treated as a priority repair. CPS shall on a best efforts attempt to repair the product on the day of receipt and return the product via an air service per the customers instructions.

The customer will be billed for the repair, if applicable, and the return air service, if requested.

The customer may INSURE the same day PRIORITY REPAIR for an additional charge of $25.00.

30 DAY BUY and TRY / DEMO and RETURN POLICY
Customer may return any equipment listed on this site within thirty (30) days of the date of shipment of a new order for the first time use of any product and receive a full refund less the freight charges. Any missing elements from the original package, damage to the equipment or unauthorized modifications shall deem this privilege to be null and void. This return policy does not apply to customized or special build products, cables, printers, or equipment that is primarily mechanical in nature.

Note that this policy applies to new orders, for test purposes only. Any functionally equivalent products that may be returned for repair during this 30 day period will void this BUY and TRY policy. This is NOT a "Loaner Program"
